Clifton Park

This project in Clifton Park was recently completed in 2010. The scope of the project entailed the rehabilitation of an existing pool along with the creation of a whole new surround; new pool patio made of Bluestone and South Bay Quartzite, a custom designed post and beam style mix withTudor style overhead structure (built by Roarke Custom Builders) ; a natural stone waterfall with Corinthian Granite slab steps leading up to the sitting area.  A custom designed and fabricated iron handrail was installed to complement the slab steps . This project also included new irrigation, fencing and a custom audio and outdoor lighting system.
